Analysis
Generally, our customers find it challenging to describe their ideal living spaces. In such cases, we provide guidance in determining the design concept by sharing interior and/or exterior design plans in the desired style and layout with our customers, helping them decide on the design concept.

Concept / Design
When determining the concept, it is not sufficient to define only the style of the space. We establish the fundamental functions of the interior and architecture with a series of detailed questions. Then, we proceed to the 3D visualization stage, providing our customers with a visual representation of the finished interior space.

Production
At the preliminary project stage, we collaborate with our clients to finalize the revisions to the overall project. Guiding them through various options based on the established details, we assist them in making the most durable and high-quality choices. Upon completion of the planning phase, we obtain the necessary timeframes, work schedules, and budget plans required for the space to achieve the exact outcome as depicted in the concept project visuals. Finally, the desired and designed project becomes a reality.

Our Story
I founded KODEK CONSTRUCTION in 2019 with the aim of providing architectural, design, consulting, and implementation services. Our office, located in Fethiye, continues to offer services in the areas of implementation, renovation, and design to the surrounding cities and districts. Our team's goal is to create designs that are sustainable for our customers, and this principle is at the core of our approach.
Our design and construction teams constitute the essence of our company. While maintaining the design philosophy of our projects in all our implementations, we also take on all necessary responsibilities. Of course, our customers' needs and desires guide us. Thinking about our customers' comfort and quality of life, we shape our designs. However, our most important feature is our ability, as a team, to see through our customers' eyes.
